ART USAGE
The artwork that you receive is copyrighted by me, Glacecia, and with these rights, I am ABLE to:

Place my signature anywhere on the artwork.

Post the artwork on any social media site.

Use the artwork in any portfolio of mine, digital or printed.

You as the commissioner, are ABLE to:

Post the artwork on any social media site as long as I am credited as the artist with either a mention, a link to my website, or my Instagram profile.

Print the artwork for personal enjoyment only, such as to stick on your wall at home.

Use the artwork on your social media to introduce your OC, if it indeed is your OC.

You as the commissioner, are NOT able to:

Sell the artwork to any entity or put it into AI software.

Remove my signature by any means, including erasing it, adding something to the image to cover it, or putting your own signature on top of mine.

Claim the artwork as your own work. This applies to tracing my art or heavily referencing it.
PAYMENT & PROCESS

Upon confirmation of the request, payment will be required in full before I start on the commission.

For commissions above $50, you may pay a 50% advance and the rest after seeing my sketch.

You may propose edits in the 24 hours after I share my sketches and flat colours with you. However, if you do not reply within 24 hours, I will assume everything is alright and continue with the piece. If you require more time to review, let me know.

All commissions will be done and delivered digitally. Physical prints can be delivered upon request (subject to additional charge).
